Because our products are customized just for you, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on made-to-order items.
That said, your satisfaction matters. If there’s an issue with your order — such as an error in the embroidery, incorrect customization, or damage during shipping — we’ll make it right.

Eligible Remakes: If we’ve made a mistake or there’s a valid reason, we’ll happily remake the item at no additional cost.

How to Request a Remake: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a brief explanation of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items: All personalized or custom products are final sale and not eligible for return unless approved by our team for remake.
