SECTION 3 - CUSTOM ORDERS Most products sold are custom-made. Orders are processed in the order received. Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please double-check all details before submitting.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING POLICY Custom orders ship within 5 business days of confirmed payment unless otherwise stated. We offer free shipping within the U.S. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS & REMAKES Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, if we make an error or your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We reserve the right to approve or deny remake requests at our discretion.

SECTION 6 - PRODUCT REPRESENTATION We strive to present our products accurately, but colors and placement may vary due to digital screens and handmade production. Embroidery and printing results may differ slightly from mockups.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, designs, logos, images, and graphics on our site are the exclusive property of West & Remount Custom Apparel and may not be used without written permission.

SECTION 8 - PROHIBITED USES You may not use our Services to engage in illegal activity, infringe on rights, harass others, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data.
